More service and support for cutter customers
To further extend the level of service and support for its customers in the UK and Ireland WNT (UK) has recruited eight new technical sales engineers and created four new sales areas to accommodate them. 'We constantly monitor and review our service levels, responding where required to the feedback we get from the regular customer satisfaction surveys we carry out. These new recruits and the associated sales areas are a result of that process,' said Glenn Stanton, WNT (UK)'s sales manager UK and Ireland.
'These new areas are Southern Ireland, Essex/Hertfordshire, along the south coast from Bournemouth to Brighton and the East Midlands.
We already had coverage in these areas but the increase in business demanded that we split the existing territories and further expand our sales team.' The new technical sales engineers are: Jerry Warren, Southern Ireland; Colin Thomson, Essex/Hertfordshire, Phillip Smith, south coast between Bournemouth and Brighton; Simon Cotton, East Midlands; Darren Steer, South West; Iain McEwan, Scotland; Robert Buxton, North East and Paul Griffiths, West Midlands.
WNT (UK)'s external sales team now stands at 27-strong and is supported by an extensive internal sales and support team based at its recently expanded Sheffield office and distribution centre
