The automatic nature of the lubricator means that lubricant is applied accurately and consistently, to the crucial areas between pin and bushing and bushing and roller, thus optimising chain performance and also operating costs through reduced use of lubricant.

Installation and set-up of the TGL units is both quick and simple, helped by the fact that the lubricator requires no external power source to operate it.

Instead, the lubricator is activated automatically by the chain roller pushing the pump's checker arm to release the set amount of lubricant through the nozzle.
